Renovation of a multi-residential development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 4,000-square-foot, one-story above grade multi-residential development.

The North Carolina Department of Public Safety is seeking experienced design firms to provide design, bidding, construction administration, and closeout services for the renovation of six residential Group Homes located in Chowan, Craven, Hertford, Macon, Robeson, and Wayne counties. Each group home is approximately 4,000 square feet, single-story, and was built in the early 1990s. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, renovations of HVAC, roof, kitchen, bathrooms, interior and exterior finishes, site, and parking. Full design services are required, including all submittal requirements for the State Construction Office at all phases. Cost estimates must be updated at each design phase with each SCO submittal. Services shall also include technical specifications, bidding services, construction administration services, record drawings in both AutoCAD (latest version) and Revit, and project closeout as defined by the State Construction Manual (Thirteenth Ed.) dated January 2025. Proposing firms must be properly licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in the State of North Carolina.
