Consulting services for Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) are required for the Little Sandy Creek Bridge project. The services will include Project Management, Quality Control project inspection, documentation services, and related duties as required. The anticipated duration of the agreement is approximately 30 months. Required personnel and qualifications include: one TRETSR Technician (Level 4), two TRET Technicians (Level 3), and one TRETAS Technician (Level 2), all certified through the WVTRET Board. Personnel must be knowledgeable in WVDOT-DOH standards, specifications, materials testing procedures, and must possess relevant certifications. The Consultant will provide experienced construction and materials inspection staff, transportation, laptop, communication devices, and all necessary testing equipment and supplies, unless otherwise provided by the Department. The Department will provide field offices, storage buildings, and office equipment as needed. Consultant personnel must be proficient in AASHTOWare Project (AWP). Payment will be on a specific rate of pay basis. Interested firms must submit a "Letter of Qualification" (LOQ) and an unpriced prospectus, including completed forms, personnel qualifications, details on proposed subcontracting, office location, and cost accounting system status.
