The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Renovation of an educational facility. As of May 11, 2026, a construction manager has been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Washington Community Highschool and P.J. Hoerr, Inc. (Construction Manager) Will be accepting Proposals for the WCHS Panel and Conductor Replacement Project. No bidder shall modify, withdraw or cancel its bid or any part thereof for 60 days after the time designated for the receipt of bids. Washington Community Highschool reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any informalities therein to determine the lowest and best bid.
