Site work for a mixed-use development in Willard, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.
This project consists of removal of an existing 48' prefabricated steel bridge (to be retained by Clark County Forestry and Parks Department), removal of the concrete dam control structure for Dam 16, temporary bypass, installation of a new culvert system, construction of new earthen berm/trail embankment, erosion control, and any incidental items necessary to complete the work. Bidders shall submit bids via QuestCDN online bid website. No bid shall be considered unless accompanied by the proposal agreement fully executed by the bidder. The bidder awarded the contract agrees to execute the contract agreement within five days after the notice of award, begin work no later than five days after written Notice to Proceed, and complete all work included under the terms of the contract in the allotted time. Clark County Forestry and Parks Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities in any bid, and to accept any bid which they may determine to be in their best interest.
