sealed bids following the below information and timeline are required to be considered for this project. Town of Hendren, Clark County, is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the following Local Road Improvement Project (LRIP). This is a Town Road Improvement (TRI) Project. Complete project specifications and required bid form shall be obtained prior to submitting any bid. Recondition 1.1 miles (5,810 feet) of Rock Creek Road; from Gorman Avenue east to Bachelors Avenue. Project requires bidder to supply, deliver, compact and grade 3/4" crushed base aggregate 26 feet wide compacted 6 inches thick. Gravel must be applied in two 3" lifts, compacted between lifts. Project is bid as a lump sum bid awarded to one bidder for complete project, including all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals to satisfactorily complete the project. All bids shall be submitted on a completed and signed town supplied bid form. Project shall be completed and invoiced by June 15, 2025; $100 per day penalty if not completed on time. The Town of Hendren reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the bids and to accept any bid that it deems most advantageous to the Town of Hendren.
