Site work and paving for a road / highway in Dallas, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Sealed bids are solicited for the "2026 Asphalt Seal Coat Project" on Jackson Road, Lehman Township, Luzerne County, PA, encompassing placement of 10,222 square yards of Double Bituminous Seal Coat on Jackson Road (T-812), between Mountain View Drive (T-700) and Fedor Road (T-809). All materials must comply with PENNDOT Pub. 408 Specifications and Standards. All bidders must be PENNDOT prequalified. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Township, in a sealed envelope marked appropriately for the project. Each bidder must include bid security amounting to ten percent of the bid. The Wage Determination Decision provided in the contract documents governs all project work. Lehman Township reserves the right to accept, reject, modify, or delete any or all work items. Bids may be held for up to sixty days after the Bid Opening. Proposals must be delivered to the Lehman Township Municipal Building before the designated time for the public opening. Bid documents may be obtained electronically from Tetra Tech, Inc. as indicated in the instructions.
