Site work and renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Parma, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel.
The Wamstad Road Bridge over the Boise River (ITD Bridge Key 27435) is located between Hexon Road and Lee Road south of the town of Parma, ID. The bridge is two-span prestressed concrete, 200 feet long total, and the latest bridge inspection report indicates scouring has occurred at the pier, which is in the Boise River channel. Scour countermeasures will be placed as part of this project. The required maintenance of the pier will include the construction of a temporary cofferdam and dewatering to accommodate construction access and equipment and to perform the necessary repairs. Construction will take place between July and August. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
