The specified fixture required is the Metalux UHBS2-1218-MV-L8C5-U LED round high bay light, with a total quantity of 1,082 units. The fixtures must be Metalux brand and model as listed, with selectable lumen/power performance up to 60,000 lumens, selectable 5 color CCT (3000/3500/4000/5000/6500K), selectable light distribution (Narrow, Medium, or Wide), sensor ready port for quick plug & play, durable IK10 round die cast aluminum housing, 120-347 operating range with 6KV surge protection, NEMA 4X, IP65 and NSF rated, IP65 rated lens and driver enclosure, white finish, and hanging mount. No substitutions or variations are allowed from the listed requirements. The vendor must provide pricing per location as specified and may offer discounts for purchasing all fixtures at once. Prices must include delivery to the designated warehouse. Standard warranty information must be provided with the bid. Bidders are instructed to submit sealed bids labeled appropriately, include the required affidavit form, and may direct questions to the designated purchasing agent.
