Site work for a water / sewer project in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are requested for the furnishing and installing of approximately 7,920 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main at various locations, including associated work such as service and hydrant renewals, and abandonment of old lines. Workers must be paid prevailing minimum wage rates as required by the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The successful low Bidder must provide a certified check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total, payable to NORTH PENN WATER AUTHORITY. In lieu of a certified check, a Bid Bond, having surety acceptable to the Owner, may be submitted directly to the Authority office. There will not be a pre-Bid meeting Question Deadline 05/15/2026 at 12:00 PM ET
