Description

Site work for a municipal facility in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) is currently accepting bids for the Stroman Security Station Canopy project. Potential Bidders must register on the PCCAs procurement website at https://pocca.procureware.com to obtain the contract documents. Interested bidders will be required to sign and submit a Non-Disclosure Agreement. This project includes requirements for compliance with Federal Uniform Administrative Requirements, 2 CFR Part 200. Scope of work generally consists of the construction of a new security canopy over the existing guard station, utility relocations, and electrical upgrades. Work also consists of new cameras, lighting, and routing of communication lines. This is a lump sum contract. This is a lump sum contract. Bidder must submit a bid bond or cashier's check for 5% of the total amount of the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds are required when the successful bidder executes this contract, each for 100% of the total contract amount Clarification Deadline 5/24/2026 5:00 PM
