Description

Renovation of a financial development in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a financial development.

Sealed bids are requested for the Roof Restoration - Reinforced Waterproofing Project at 1200 Memorial Highway in Bismarck, ND. Bidders are to submit a Single Prime Bid for Construction, with Mechanical and Electrical construction being incidental to the project. The General Contractor must engage licensed Mechanical and Electrical Contractors in North Dakota for the respective work shown in the Construction Documents. All bids must be submitted in duplicate in a sealed opaque envelope with the required information as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 5 percent of the bid amount, and a copy of the North Dakota Contractor’s License. Contractors must be licensed for the highest amount of their bid, including alternates, with licenses in effect at least ten days prior to the bid opening. Additional requirements and instructions are noted in the bidding documents, including reference to the North Dakota Century Code sections on public building construction. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance-Payment Bond, and the Owner reserves the right to request further information from bidders, accept or reject offers, and waive irregularities. Addenda may be issued during the bidding period. All Addenda become part of Contract Documents. Include resultant costs in the Bid Amount. B.
