Mexichem Fluor Inc. (MFI) is working under a Department of Energy Grant to design, engineer, plan and build a Lithium hexafluorophosphate (LiPF6) plant in Louisiana. MFI intends to issue a request for quotation (RFQ) for two types of heaters: flanged in-line immersion heaters to warm process gases/liquids; and external shell heaters to warm a process vessel. A total of six are required, constructed of stainless steel or nickel-chrome alloys. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
