The Barry Lawrence County Ambulance District is accepting sealed bids for the purchase and support of an 80 KW natural gas generator with automatic transfer switch to provide backup power for the District’s ambulance station during power failures or outages. A separate bid outlining ongoing maintenance services and associated costs for the generator system is also requested. Vendors are encouraged to visit the ambulance station to review the site and project scope prior to submitting bids. Sealed bids must be clearly marked with the applicable bid category (Generator Purchase, Installation, or Maintenance Plan) and mailed or delivered to the Barry Lawrence County Ambulance District, ATTN: Board of Directors, 307 Dairy Street, Monett, MO 65708. All bids must be submitted by the specified deadline and must remain valid for a minimum of ninety (90) days following submission. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, waive technicalities, and accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
