Renovation of an educational facility in Fort Qu'Appelle, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,050-square-foot educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for roof replacement, structural repairs, and lighting upgrades at North Valley High School. The work includes removal of approximately 13,050 ft2 (732 m2) of existing EPDM, SBS, and metal roof systems, and skylights, followed by installation of a new SBS roof system, structural repairs, structural infill, and lighting upgrades. The bids must be stipulated sum, and partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Limited unit price work is included. Work is expected to begin upon award, with a completion date of December 15, 2026. All interested bidders must attend a mandatory on-site review to be eligible. Hard copies of bids are not accepted; all bids and amendments must be submitted by email before the deadline. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened privately.
