The Iowa Department of Administrative Services seeks bids for the replacement of the upper parking lot at the Department of Public Safety Post 13, 1300 S Grand Ave, Suite 201, Mount Pleasant, Iowa 52641. Bids must be submitted on the IMPACS Electronic Procurement System and be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Acceptable forms of bid security include a bid bond, cashier's check, or a certified check from a solvent bank chartered under U.S. laws. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities, and accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the State of Iowa. Bidders must comply with all affirmative action and equal employment opportunity requirements of the State of Iowa and the Federal Government. The project is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax and Davis Bacon Wages do not apply.
