Provide one Hubbell Marine Electric Water Heater, model MSH320-0-30SLT4, with cement lined construction to ASME Section IV, stamped for 125 psig maximum allowable working pressure. The tank is 48 inches in diameter by 66 inches overall length with angle legs, has a 320-gallon capacity, and is designed for shipboard installation including both deck and bulkhead mounting. The tank shall have an ASME relief valve set at 75 psig, shipped loose for field installation, and one 12 x 16 inspector port. Inlet and outlet connections are 2-inch ANSI flanges. The unit must include one electric coil with 30 kW capacity for 460/360 power, capable of heating 400 gallons per hour of 40°F water to 140°F. The package is to be factory assembled with 1-1/2-inch insulation, jacketed, wired, and tested. Assembly requires proof test only, and finish per TT-V-51. Vendor must ensure domestic supply. All substitutions require a specification sheet for evaluation. Pricing must include delivery and any freight charges. Shipping must be FOB Destination to US Coast Guard YARD Baltimore, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD, with materials marked and packaged according to MIL-STD-129R and MIL-STD-2073-1E, with barcoding as applicable. An itemized packaging list and proper material identification are required. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 1:00PM. Invoicing must be processed through www.ipp.gov including all required information and separation of shipping costs as applicable.
