Construct scaffolding, install shrink wrap enclosure, remove shrink wrap, and remove scaffolding for the 154' Richard Snyder at the USCG Yard. An option to extend is also included. If required by the Statement of Work, all quotes must include drawings approved by a professional engineer, which will be reviewed by the U.S. Coast Guard Yard Structural and Safety departments. Vendor shall ensure they can secure funding until the order is delivered and received by the US Coast Guard. No down payments or advanced payments will be made. Payment is authorized as work is completed but must be approved by the Contracting Officer first. All invoicing for purchase orders will be processed through www.ipp.gov and must contain all required information, including separate line items for shipping costs if applicable. Some drawings may be export-controlled and require JCP registration to access.
