Vendors shall provide two 20' custom climate-controlled storage containers. Each container must be a 20’ standard 1-trip shipping container equipped with an electric package that includes a 100 Amp service panel, interior 4’ LED lights, exterior LED floodlight, and outlets, as well as a 50 Amp generator inlet. The containers must have interior 2LB spray foam insulation (10.5 R-Value), an 18,500 BTU A/C unit with heat, frame and weather cover, security bars, and exterior paint in new container tan RAL1015. Custom interior framing is required, using 2" square tubing, framing around the walls and ceiling, and one length down each center to create three attachment points. The lights and outlets must be raised from the wall to allow for customer installation of siding after delivery. Framing for a vestibule 4' from the opening is required, with a 48” steel entry door and door security bar. Solicitors must provide drawings, specifications, and material sheets by a professional engineer for consideration. Any proposed substitutions must be accompanied by specification sheets for evaluation. All deliveries must be made to the specified U.S. Coast Guard location with military packaging per MIL-STD-2073-1E, and all items must be marked per MIL-STD-129R. Shipping is FOB Destination and total cost must include delivery and freight charges. All material must be accompanied by itemized packaging lists and marked with the purchase order number, national stock number if applicable, vendor name, and part number.
