Provide a load test for a 400HZ FCX solid state converter. All responsible sources may submit quotations, which shall be considered if received in a timely manner. The awarded vendor must secure funding until delivery and acceptance by the US Coast Guard; no down payments or advance payments will be made. Payment will be made via government purchase order (Net 30) after work is completed and approved by the Contracting Officer. Quotes will be evaluated based on technical requirements, ability to meet deadlines, and price. If drawings are required, they must be included and approved by a professional engineer as stated in the Statement of Work. Some drawings may be export-controlled and require Joint Certification Program (JCP) registration to access. Quotes must be submitted with entity name, unique entity ID, address, point of contact, and contact details. The place of performance is USCGC LEGARE at 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. All invoicing must be processed through www.ipp.gov and must include required purchase order and vendor details, with shipping costs indicated as a separate line item. Shipping costs of $100 or more require a separate freight invoice.
