Provide fan coil units in accordance with specified Navy standards and MIL-PRF-24775 requirements. Items required include various fan coil units with specific mounting configurations, connection orientations, heaters, shock and vibration resistance, and low voltage protection. All materials must be shipped to the U.S. Coast Guard YARD Baltimore Facilities Management and packaged per MIL-STD-2073-1E to ensure protection during shipment and storage. All shipments must be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129R, including the Purchase Order Number, National Stock Number, vendor name, and part number. Drawings may be export-controlled and require Joint Certification Program registration. Any proposed substitutions must include a specification sheet for evaluation. Shipping must be FOB destination, with all costs included. Invoices must be submitted through ipp.gov and include complete purchase and shipping details. Only vendors with active SAM.gov registration or proof of application may submit quotations.
