The vendor shall provide rental of two portable toilet lift units with hand sanitizer for CGC Campbell availability. The units must have a lifting rig attached to allow lifting by an overhead crane. All units shall include hand sanitizer, and both hand sanitizer and toilet paper shall be refilled weekly. Units must be cleaned weekly on the same day each week during normal USCG yard working hours from 0700-1530. If servicing is required outside these hours, the ship superintendent must be notified. The contractor must indicate which day each week the unit is to be cleaned and, if a holiday interrupts that day, notify the USCG yard one week prior so that units can be made accessible for cleaning. There is also a provision for extra weekly service as required, to be priced for four additional services and billed only if required. There is an option to extend past the estimated end of initial work. All work must comply with the attached Statement of Work for the order. Bidders must submit quotes by email that include the solicitation number in the subject line, and must provide entity information including name, unique entity ID, address, point of contact, phone number, and POC email address. All invoices must be processed through www.ipp.gov and include specified information such as purchase order number, vendor’s invoice number, cage number, PO item number, description of supplies or services, unit prices and extended totals, and shipping costs as a separate line item if applicable. Shipping costs of $100 or more require a separate freight invoice when submitting for payment.
