Vendors are required to provide various fire system components for the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center. The items include: 6 sprinkler heads (Orifice Size 24, 180-degree angle of discharge, Type D4A Protectospray Nozzle, 1/2" NPT, MIL-S-24660), 8 spray nozzles (1/2" male NPT, eductor style, 29 GPM, 316 stainless steel), 1 automatic fire damper with fusible link (louvered type, 18" x 18", horizontal airflow, galvanized steel), 1 rectangular duct fire damper (manual/automatic with fusible link, 18" x 13", arrangement III, vertical airflow, 10 gauge galvanized steel), 1 rectangular duct fire damper (manual/automatic with fusible link, 18" x 10", arrangement III, vertical airflow, 10 gauge galvanized steel), 1 square duct fire damper (manual/automatic with fusible link, 12" x 12", right side handle, 10 gauge galvanized steel body), 1 fire-rated ventilation damper (A0 (A60), 200mm x 450mm, 3mm galvanized steel frame, 316 SST blade, double flange, left external actuator mount), 1 actuator (spring return reversible, 2 position, 120 VAC, 30 in-lb, 0-95 degree rotation with adjustable stops, 2 SPST switches, for 1/2" shaft, with mounting bracket), 1 fire damper (manual/automatic with fusible link, 3" diameter round, arrangement III, horizontal airflow, 10 gauge galvanized steel), and 1 fire damper (manual/automatic with fusible link, 5" diameter round, arrangement III, horizontal airflow, 10 gauge galvanized steel). Vendors must submit pricing per unit, line total, and estimated delivery date for each item. All quotations must come from entities with active SAM.Gov registration or proof of registration submission. Award will be based on best value considering completeness, required timeframe, and price.
