Vendors shall provide the following items: (1) Lateral, reducing, 5" diameter inlet with a 4" diameter outlet, round duct with a 4" diameter branch line at 45 degrees, 20 gauge, galvanized steel; (2) Damper control, 1/4" dial type, with bearing for insulated duct, for fabrication of balancing dampers, including a K2 regulator, a KP-8S long square end bearing, and a KP-8R round bearing, sold 10 to a box; (3) Terminal, 7" diameter, ventilation, duct type "E" (banded), supply adjustable angle complete with damper and screen, 20 gage, galvanized steel; (4) Heater, duct, Navy standard, electric, 8" x 8", 440 volts, 3 phase, 1.2 KW, with reversible air flow direction and built-in over temperature thermostat, US Navy marine style heater 16 GA 302/304 stainless steel framed, framed flange 1.5 inch wide with mounting holes; (5) Heater, duct, electric, 440V, 3PH, 1.6KW, 8" x 6" with reversible air flow direction and built-in over temperature thermostat, US Navy marine style heater 16 GA 302/304 stainless steel framed, framed flange 1.5 inch wide with mounting holes. All material must be shipped to U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Receiving Room- BLDG 88, Baltimore, MD, 21226. Packing lists must cite the Purchase Order Number and be securely attached to the outside of the shipment. Material shall be packed for shipment using Military Packaging, with reference to MIL-STD-2073-1E. Any proposed substitutions must be accompanied by a Specification Sheet for evaluation. Vendor must provide complete requirement, meet the required timeframe, and price. Proof of SAM.gov registration or submission is required. Shipping is FOB destination and quoted cost must include delivery and freight charges. Access to some drawings may require registration in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) through DLA.
