Provide and deliver the following items to the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center: 1) Dishwasher, door type, high temp sanitizing, model AM16-BAS-4, with specific features including 480/60/3 power, 60 racks per hour, electric tank and booster heat, pumped rinse and drain, auto fill, stainless steel tank, frame, doors, and feet, digital controls, SENSE A TEMP booster, and specified dimensions; 2) Marine Package Kit for dishwasher model AM16-BASX-4, including a low final rinse temperature alarm, weld down feet, and drain hose protector; 3) Free Flo Filter for dishwasher, stainless steel housing, female NPT 1/2-inch connection, specified flow rates. All items must be packaged and shipped in accordance with military standards MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129R, with itemized packaging lists and markings per requirements. Substitute products must be accompanied by specification sheets for evaluation. Shipping must be FOB destination, with total cost including delivery and freight charges. All deliveries are required by 9/6/2026. Bidders must submit entity details and meet all preparation, packaging, marking, and invoicing instructions as specified.
