The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center requires the supply of the following duct heaters: (1) four US Navy style marine electric duct heaters, 8" x 8", 440 volts, 3 phase, 2.2 KW, with reversible air flow direction and built-in over temperature thermostat, 16 GA 302/304 stainless steel framed with a 1.5 inch wide flange with mounting holes; (2) two US Navy style marine electric duct heaters, 8" x 8", 440V, 3PH, 3.6KW, with reversible air flow direction and built-in over temperature thermostat, 16 GA 302/304 stainless steel framed with a 1.5 inch wide flange with mounting holes; (3) two electric duct heaters, 18" x 16", 440V, 3PH, 30.0KW, with reversible air flow direction and built-in over temperature thermostat, US Navy style marine heater 16 GA 302/304 stainless steel framed with a 1.5 inch wide flange with mounting holes; (4) one electric duct heater, 18" x 16", 440V, 3PH, 30.0KW, reversible air flow direction with built-in over temperature thermostat, US Navy style marine heater 16 GA 302/304 stainless steel framed with a 1.5 inch wide flange with mounting holes. All materials must be delivered to the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Receiving Room- BLDG 88, Baltimore, MD, 21226, accompanied by an itemized packaging list securely attached to the shipment. Materials must be packed using Military Packaging per MIL-STD-2073-1E and marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129R, including barcoding unless otherwise authorized. Any substitutions require a specification sheet for evaluation. Total cost must include delivery and any freight charges. Shipping is FOB Destination. All deliveries must be made Monday through Friday, between 7:00AM and 1:00PM. All vendors must have active SAM.Gov registration or provide proof of submitted registration. All invoicing must be processed through www.ipp.gov and cite the required information listed. Access to some drawings may require Joint Certification Program (JCP) registration.
