Demolition, site work, new construction and addition to a parking garage in Westminster, Colorado. Completed plans call for the addition of a parking garage; for the demolition of a parking garage; for the construction of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
The Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) requests a quote for a new parking lot, fence and 11' X 11' concrete pad. The site is in Jefferson County, and it is not anticipated that this project will need to go through any permitting process with the county. CDHS does have projects reviewed by a third-party code reviewer and we anticipate one review for the ADA compliance aspect. A demolition plan, erosion control plan, horizontal control plans, civil supplemental plans and precise grading plans will be proposed. The project must be completed by June 30, 2026.
