The City of Westminster is soliciting bids for on-call guardrail repair and replacement services. Work includes repairing or replacing damaged or non-compliant guardrail to meet applicable safety standards, including CDOT specifications. Bidders must propose on the complete work scope defined. Bidders must not commence work until a contract is fully executed and a City Purchase Order is received. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bid. The bid must remain valid for ninety (90) calendar days after the closing time for receiving bids. If awarded, the contract must be executed and delivered in the prescribed form within ten (10) days after presentation. Bidders must be prepared to provide any additional information requested. Bidders must ensure their firm and each of the subcontractors employ qualified personnel and comply fully with contract provisions. General requirements include insurance, license, and training.
