The project is expected to be awarded on May 11th, 2026.** bids from qualified contractors for the Ice Centre at the Promenade Phase 1 Locker Room and Restroom Remodel Project, Jefferson County, CO. o Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Ice Centre at the Promenade locker room and bathroom remodel. This remodel will consist of demolition of current fixtures, specified walls and installation of new fixtures, walls, flooring and benches as specified. Contractor selected will also be responsible for all electrical, plumbing and HVAC necessary to complete the project.
