Description

Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Brunswick, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The proposed work consists of two project sites: Gate 1 on the north side of the terminal and Gate 2 on the south side. The Gate 1 site involves relocating approximately 800 linear feet of roadway and constructing about 12,700 square yards of asphalt roadway and parking. The Gate 2 site includes constructing approximately 13,000 square yards of asphalt parking, along with turnstiles and a canopy. Both sites will also receive incidental utilities.
