This Contract shall consist of the Service Provider's bid/proposal and all Invitations to Bid/Proposals including all drawings, specifications, price lists, Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Special Provisions, Detailed Specifications, addenda, and change orders issued after execution of the Contract (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Bid"), which are specifically incorporated herein by reference (Exhibit A). In the event of a conflict between the County's contract documents and the Service Provider's bid/proposal, the County's contract documents shall control. F01533.1 South Rockbridge Road (from North Deshong Road to Juhan Road) This is a Pedestrian Improvement project/contract consisting of 1.82 miles of clearing & grubbing, grading, sidewalk, curb & gutter, storm drainpipe installation, concrete retaining walls, and striping. & F01157.57 South Rockbridge Road (from Juhan Road to North of the Dekalb County Line) This is a Pedestrian Improvement project/contract consisting of 0.331 miles of clearing & grubbing, grading, sidewalk, curb & gutter, storm drainpipe installation, and striping.
