Sealed bids are being accepted for Source of Supply for Starkville Utilities Electric Division and Water/Waste Water Division in Starkville, Mississippi. Proposals must be marked for the appropriate division and include all applicable state and local license numbers. Bids can be submitted at the Office of the City Clerk or online in PDF format with all required information and forms.
