Sealed bids are invited for providing a cost estimate for the removal and installation of catch basins. This bid request is specifically for installation labor and services only, not for materials or incidental expenses. Bidders must submit proposals on the forms provided and in a sealed envelope marked "Catch Basin Replacement Watertown CT." All bids must be received by the Purchasing Agent by the specified deadline. The Purchasing Agent reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any informality, or accept any bid deemed in the best interests of the Town. Bids may consider the residency of bidders or business location within Watertown. All bids will be valid for sixty (60) days from the bid opening date. Q/A:- Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed (duplicate copy) to the Town of Watertown, Purchasing Agent, 61 Echo Lake Road, Watertown, Connecticut 06795, and to be given consideration, must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids.
