Pavement Milling and Resurfacing; Full Depth Pavement Repair; Repair and/or Replacement of Existing Drainage Structures; New Drainage Structures, Curb and Sidewalk and Improvements to Pedestrian Facilities, including Curb Ramp Replacement to Meet PROWAG and MUTCD Requirements, Driveway Apron Replacement; Installation of New Pavement Markings and Signs; and Traffic Signal Upgrades and Rebuilds. This Project is to be bid as a single prime project and a Project Labor Agreement is in effect in accordance with the Supplementary Conditions.
