Project work includes installation of a diesel emergency generator, generator enclosure, trash enclosure improvements and all associated electrical and landscape improvements as shown on the contract plans. The project requires a valid California Contractor's License, Class B, General Building Contractor's License. Contractor must submit proof of DIR registration with the bid proposal. Bids are required for the entire project work and must be made upon the bid forms in accordance with the instructions to bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the maximum contract price, and a warranty bond for 10% of the maximum contract price.
