Renovation of a municipal facility in Aurora, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and the noted material for improvements including relocated entrance, new stair, and new toilet rooms. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Bid Express website. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, or a bid bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount bid, signed by a Surety Company authorized to transact business in the State of Ohio. Bid bonds, checks, or letters of credit not provided digitally must be delivered to the Office of the Director of Public Service by the bid opening date and time. Written requests for interpretation of contract documents should be submitted through Online. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities, and accept any bid deemed most favorable to the City.
