Sealed bids are invited for the procurement of a landfill gas enclosed flare, designed for the combustion of landfill gas at the Okanogan Central Landfill. The scope includes fabrication, delivery, and installation support of the flare. Supporting utilities and installation of the flare will be performed by a separate contractor. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit of five percent (5%) of the amount bid, submitted by certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond. Bid proposals must be submitted on the original documents provided in the accompanying bid packet. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The Board of Commissioners of Okanogan County, Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Informalities in the Bidding. This Contract Provides for the Procurement of a Landfill Gas Enclosed Flare. The Flare Will Be Designed Specifically for the Combustion of the Landfill Gas for Okanogan Central Landfill, Located at 241 B and O North Rd, Okanogan, Wa 98840.
