Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Okanogan, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and educational facility.
Sealed Bids are requested for the Dawson Gym, Vo-Ag Roof Upgrades, and New Wrestling Facility at Okanogan School District No. 105. Bids must include all costs for all work, and no exclusions or clarifications may be provided with bids. Bids will be evaluated based on bid price, budget, scope of work proposals, alternates (if any), additions and/or deductions, and other criteria determined by the Owner and per Bidding Specifications. Each bid must be submitted with a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total base bid. Bids must comply with project bidding and contract document requirements. Bona fide Bidders and Sub-Bidders will be issued one set of Bidding Documents upon deposit. Additional copies may be purchased at cost. The Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any and all bids or make further calls for bids and to waive informalities or irregularities. No Bidder may withdraw their bid after the set time for bid receipt or before the award of contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding 60 days.
