Contractor will provide and service one standard portable toilet for the City's cemetery, one standard portable toilet, one wheelchair accessible portable toilet, and clean two 1200 gallon sewage holding tanks at the Central Valley Sports Complex weekly or as directed by Public Works. Clean and dispose of City's 1500-gallon grease trap at the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant at least once monthly. Clean and pump one 1200-gallon septic tank at the Okanogan Legion Airport within the first six months of signing contract. Contractor will provide additional five standard portable toilets at the Central Valley Sports Complex and the two sewage holding tanks will be cleaned as needed, which includes weekends during scheduled tournaments. At other times, Public Works will inspect and notify the contractor for the need to clean. AS NEEDED BASIS: Please provide the cost for additional standard and wheelchair accessible units within the City on an as needed basis, broken down by daily, weeldy and monthly costs. Contractor will be required to provide proof of liability insurance, naming the City of Okanogan as additional insured. Contractor will provide proof of all required licenses, permits, and insurance to the City prior to receiving a notice to proceed by the City.
