Site work for a water / sewer project in Prescott, Arizona. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project involves construction of a new 16-inch ductile iron water main required under a development agreement between the City of Prescott and Deep Well Ranch to support future development of the planned Deep Well Ranch Master Planned Community north of Pioneer Parkway. The waterline will extend from the southern boundary of parcel #102-05-036E, north of Pioneer Parkway, and connect to an existing 18-inch waterline located just outside the pavement on the south side of Pioneer Parkway approximately 0.43 miles west of the Willow Creek Road intersection. Installation will be performed using the jack-and-bore method to minimize surface disruption. Engineering design services are being provided by Huit-Zollers Inc.
