The work includes complete facility design and construction for each site, including all permitting, temporary facilities, site clearing, investigations, earthwork, and full site infrastructure. Each project includes construction of the ATCT structure and an adjacent one-story base building, along with all conveying systems, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, electrical systems, utility extensions, ancillary site components, and connectivity between the tower and airfield equipment. Additional work includes access roadways, parking areas, pedestrian walkways, native landscaping, security perimeter fencing, and access control systems. Design services shall include all architectural and engineering services, surveys, investigations, quality control and assurance, and preparation of final construction documents in compliance with the FAA Terminal Facilities Design Standard. Construction services include all labor, materials, furnishings, equipment, supervision, administration, and quality oversight necessary to deliver fully functional and FAA-approved facilities.
