Yavapai County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the Williamson Valley Road Mill and Fill Project in Yavapai County, Arizona (Project #2550548). The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and services necessary for a mill and fill pavement replacement and Asphalt Rubber Asphalt Concrete Friction Course (AR-ACFC) installation on Williamson Valley Road between Shadow Valley Ranch Road and Mile Marker 3 in Prescott. The project aims to improve pavement condition, implement striping layout improvement, and reduce future maintenance. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE BASE BID $3,322,702.70 Contractors interested in submitting bids must obtain copies of plans and specifications, which are available for estimate on request or by appointment. Return of plans and specifications is required for a refund of the deposit if returned in good order. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held virtually, with detailed instructions included in the solicitation documents. Bids and proposals must be electronically submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal. Every proposal must include a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond for ten percent of the bid amount as a guarantee of contract execution. The surety bond must be executed by a certified surety company authorized to transact business in Arizona. The surety bond or check will be returned to unsuccessful contractors or to the successful contractor upon execution of a satisfactory bond and contract. The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all offers, waive formalities, and accept the offer deemed in the County's best interest.".
