This is a locally funded project that includes new demolition and replacement of the existing roof of the car wash facility located at 70 Delphine St. Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds and provide insurance in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Statement in order to be considered. No sales tax shall be included in the bid. Tioga County reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to accept any Bid or individual item or items which may be deemed most favorable to its best interests. Question Deadline 05/22/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Engineer. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
