NYC College of Technology (NYCCT) NAB Courtyard Landscape Restoration. The contract term is 6 months after issuance of NTP. The agency is the City University of New York (CUNY), Division: Office of Facilities Planning, Construction, & Management. All inquiries and questions must be directed in writing to: CUNY.Builds@cuny.edu SCOPE OF WORK The project goal is to re-landscape the NYCCT Plaza area and reset the pavers that were previously removed to repair the ground settlement next to a portion of the building that was worked on by another contractor. The Contractor will provide general contracting services to perform the work per 100% of the Specifications & Drawings (Exhibit 2) including: 1. Removal of existing plant material and soils. 2. Installation of topsoil. 3. Cleaning of existing site fencing and benches. 4. Resetting of pavers. 5. Installation of a drip irrigation system. 6. Planting of the landscaped areas of the plaza, as shown in Exhibit 2 (Specifications & Drawings). 7. Compliance with current New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) codes. 8. Coordinating all necessary work with NYCCT's building management and owner's representatives. 9. Preparing and submitting all DOB and Fire Department filings, along with expediting services necessary to prepare, submit, and obtain approvals for the complete filing package. 10. Close-out and obtaining sign-off on all applications filed. 11. Scheduling regular weekly project meetings for project coordination.
