NYC College of Technology (NYCCT) NAB Courtyard Landscape Restoration. The contract term is 6 months after issuance of NTP. The agency is the City University of New York (CUNY), Division: Office of Facilities Planning, Construction, & Management. The project is categorized under Facilities, Maintenance, Repair & Building Operations - Construction Professional Services, and Building Construction; Rehabilitation & New Construction. The Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) goal is 6.00% and the Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) total 30.00%. All inquiries and questions must be directed in writing to: CUNY.Builds@cuny.edu SCOPE OF WORK The project goal is to re-landscape the NYCCT Plaza area and reset the pavers that were previously removed to repair the ground settlement next to a portion of the building that was worked on by another contractor. The Contractor will provide general contracting services to perform the work per 100% of the Specifications & Drawings (Exhibit 2) including: 1. Removal of existing plant material and soils. 2. Installation of topsoil. 3. Cleaning of existing site fencing and benches. 4. Resetting of pavers. 5. Installation of a drip irrigation system. 6. Planting of the landscaped areas of the plaza, as shown in Exhibit 2 (Specifications & Drawings). 7. Compliance with current New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) codes. 8. Coordinating all necessary work with NYCCT's building management and owner's representatives. 9. Preparing and submitting all DOB and Fire Department filings, along with expediting services necessary to prepare, submit, and obtain approvals for the complete filing package. 10. Close-out and obtaining sign-off on all applications filed. 11. Scheduling regular weekly project meetings for project coordination. The Due Date for the Site Visit has been changed from May 20, 2026, to May 27, 2026. Respondents who submitted Exhibit 1 have been notified of the location and time. The Due Date for Questions has been changed from May 21, 2026, 11:59 P.M. to May 28, 2026, 11:59 P.M
