Please contact Jason Miller Project Manager at Jmiller@sunset-hills.com or 314-272-2456 for an electronic copy of the Bid Documents Proposed construction for the Project will consist generally of storm sewer improvements within the City (the "Work"), including the Contractor furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for removal and replacement of curb inlet(s), installation of a new area inlet, approximately 50 LF of 18-inch storm sewer pipe and structures, asphalt street repair with concrete base, concrete curb repair, construction of a concrete swale, traffic control (MUTCD compliant), mobilization, clearing and grubbing, and full site restoration including seeding and straw.f in the City (the "Work"). The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the following work: o Removal and replacement of existing curb inlet o Removal existing 50 linear feet of 12-inch storm sewer pipe and inlet structure under roadway o Removal of headwall o Installation of new area inlet o Installation of approximately 50 linear feet of 18-inch storm sewer pipe (no Metal) o Installation of new storm structures o Asphalt street repair (8 inch X mix, 2-inch C mix or concrete base with 3 inch- C mix ) o Concrete curb repair (3000 psi mix) o Construction of a new concrete swale between roadway and adjacent stone wall o Grass restoration including seeding and straw o Traffic control for duration of project o Mobilization and site preparation o Clearing and grubbing as required
