Work includes replacement of three interior second-floor windows, replacement of one single metal door including frame and hardware, replacement of hardware on three existing doors, repair of existing drywall as required, and application of intumescent fire-resistant paint. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, Air National Guard policies and regulations, and the requirements of this Statement of Work. The period of performance is 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed, including completion of inspections and punch list items. The project is set aside 100 percent for small business under NAICS Code 236220, with a construction magnitude between $25,000 and $100,000.
