The purpose of this RFP is to request proposals to provide Consulting General Contractor (CGC) services for the Siskiyou Integrated Wellness Center (Project), which will provide outpatient clinic space, meeting rooms, offices, and related amenities to address the unmet behavioral health needs of Siskiyou County residents. The Project will be funded by the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP) Bond Round 2, will be administered by the Siskiyou County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA), and will be located in Yreka, California. The State of California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is administering BHCIP to enhance community behavioral health infrastructure throughout the state. September 11, 2026 Deadline to Submit Questions due by 4:00 P.M.
