The Town of Truckee is seeking informal bids for a construction project at the Tahoe Donner Facilities Shop located at 14528 Northwoods Dr Truckee 96161. The project involves removing the existing roofing and replacing with new. Provide quote for scope of work listed below. Construction completion date: August 2026. Scope of work includes: Tear off existing roofing to wood deck Inspect wood decking with Town's Representative to determine extent of damage if any. (Include cost to remove and replace.)
