Sealed bids are invited for the 2026 Paving and Drainage Project, C2602, in the Town of Truckee. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms. Contract documents can be obtained for a fee electronically. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend an in-person pre-bid meeting. The project requires current DIR registration and adherence to Prevailing Wage requirements. Bidders must register online to receive updates and addenda. All Requests for Information (RFIs) should be submitted by e-mail by the deadline. The 2026 Paving and Drainage Project includes paving roughly 16 miles of road and 3 miles of trail. Also included in the 2026 Paving and Drainage Project are recessed striping of roadways, and various drainage improvements.
