Surveying, traffic, and civil engineering services are requested for new construction, expansion, modernization, and/or renovation of multiple projects at various sites. The services may also be required at additional project sites as requested. Engineering evaluation and design should consider traffic and pedestrian movement, including safe routes, ADA access, emergency vehicle access, parent and bus drop off/pickup, signage, drainage, snow and ice conditions, and the impact of surrounding community vehicles and pedestrian traffic on each school site. Interested respondents must submit two bound copies, one unbound copy, and one electronic copy on a flash drive of their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). Responses must conform to the requirements and be received by the stated deadline. Faxed or emailed responses, and late submittals, will not be accepted or considered. Questions must be submitted in writing by the date specified. The District reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all SOQs, and to negotiate contract terms with one or more respondent firms for one or more of the work items.
