Renovation of a retail development in Truckee, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.

The Town of Truckee is seeking informal bids for a construction project at the Tahoe Donner Facilities Shop located at 14528 Northwoods Dr Truckee 96161. The project involves removing the existing roofing and replacing with new. Provide quote for scope of work listed below. Construction completion date: August 2026. Scope of work includes: Tear off existing roofing to wood deck Inspect wood decking with Town's Representative to determine extent of damage if any. (Include cost to remove and replace.) Replace any damaged or rotten plywood decking material with new Provide and install 60 Mil PVC Single Ply Roofing Membrane or like material options Remove and replace parapet metal cap with new PVC clad metal drip edge where current gravel stop is located Properly seal all penetrations and perimeters to manufacture's specs Properly dispose of all debris created by contractor For more information, please contact Robert Ellis at rellis@townoftruckee.gov, or 530-414-5965 .
